WHAT WE DID: With more than 54% of Australians saying they don’t know where to go when they’re turned down by a bank for a home loan, Sefiani devised the three-part video series Real Life Happens for Pepper, Australia’s largest non-bank lender. The videos’ format was an engaging conversation between Kate Mills, a respected journalist, and Aaron Milburn, Pepper’s Director of Sales and Distribution, which covers a number of hard-hitting topics.
WHY WE DID IT: Pepper has a strong relationship with brokers, with 90% of its mortgage business sourced from them. Pepper has successfully adopted the role of educator among brokers and, in keeping with this, the video series provides useful insights and advice for both brokers and their clients around the circumstances many face when seeking a home loan, particularly the emotional rollercoaster ride involved and how to cope with it.
