CHALLENGE: Climate change and sustainability are now top of boardroom agendas. For most companies, navigating the complexities of sustainability and transitioning operations to net zero require deep expertise and guidance. For the past two decades, EY has been the largest and strongest advisor on climate change and sustainability strategy and implementation. This expertise needed to be reflected externally.
STRATEGY: Establish EY’s position as the leading consultancy in climate change and sustainability in Australia by demonstrating unrivalled expertise, and using that expertise to shape and fuel discussion around the topics within the climate change and sustainability agenda that impact the region.
IMPACT: EY now has the largest share of voice on topics relating to sustainability and is the most quoted firm in the media. EY regularly appears in tier one media including the AFR, ABC’s The Business, Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian and The West Australian. This is an ongoing project.
