Sefiani and Clarity Global have launched an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Internal Communications service, offering strategic support for communications and HR teams.
New research from Sefiani uncovered employees are struggling with high levels of uncertainty around AI adoption and global upheaval. This uncertainty correlates with an increased risk of disengagement, mistrust in leadership and resulting poor productivity.
The survey of 1,000 Australian full-time and part-time workers, revealed:
- 53% of workers are concerned about economic challenges impacting their role in the next few years, and 43% are worried about AI replacing humans.
- Only a fifth (20%) of Aussie workers aren’t worried about any macro-factors affecting their employment.
- Less than a third (32%) of Australian businesses have communicated an AI policy to their employees.
- Where AI policies have been shared the reaction is mixed, with 39% of respondents feeling excited, 35% nervous and 27% reassured.
