Sefiani: Voted a top APAC agency to work for second year in a row

Sefiani is proud announce that we have been named by PRovoke Media as one of the top agencies to work for in the APAC region for the second year running, coming in at #2 Best Asia-Pacific Agency to Work For with 15-39 employees.

In an industry where your most valuable asset is your people, we take our culture seriously – always striving to attract and retain smart, creative talent who, in turn, produce stellar work.

The rankings for this award are determined through a comprehensive 75-question employee survey covering 14 key areas of life within an agency, including:

  • engagement
  • management
  • client service
  • empowerment
  • people
  • culture
  • diversity
  • work
  • communication
  • professional development
  • ethics
  • compensation
  • work quality
  • open ended questions on a range of qualitative issues.

On the award, PRovoke Media also wrote that this “typically posses a direct correlation”  with their Agency of the Year Recognition. They added that firms which “take culture seriously” ultimately retain valuable talent, which in turn, produces quality work that advances the industry.

Sefiani continues its commitment to culture through creating a strong sense of belonging – which was a key finding in our third annual ‘Communications That Matter’ Report titled ‘Building Brand Belonging’. The report itself elaborated on how organisations can too build and maintain long-term loyalty and trust through aligning values with stakeholders by outlining a practical framework for building belonging, alongside global best practice case studies.

Other key findings include that communications leaders are increasingly recognising the value of belonging, communication professionals are confident communications has the power to build belonging with stakeholders and the biggest barriers to belonging for consumers are brands taking too long to respond to issues and trends.

We are honoured to be recognised as one of the top agencies to work for in the APAC region, and will continue engaging and strengthening our talent.
