02 Aug Airbus appoints Sefiani as agency of record in Australia
European aerospace manufacturer Airbus has appointed leading strategic communications firm Sefiani as its public relations agency in Australia. The remit covers the company’s entire business in Australia, including commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence and space.
Airbus is a proven leader in the global aerospace sector. In Australia, there are currently 115 Airbus commercial aircraft flying with the airlines, and over 330 helicopters flying in the civil and parapublic applications. Military versions of its aircraft and helicopters are also supporting the country’s defence forces, and the company is now advancing its involvement in the local Space sector. In addition, Airbus has a strong local footprint, with some 1,300 employees.
