14 Aug Sefiani announces 19% growth, new senior hire and promotion
Leading strategic communications firm Sefiani has reported record growth in the 2017 financial year, with revenue up 19% in its eighteenth year of continued success.
Robyn Sefiani, Managing Director said, “FY17 was a stellar year for our corporate and consumer brands Sefiani and Kite, with significant new client wins”.
New clients added to the firm’s blue chip portfolio included EY (Ernst & Young), NSW Treasury Corporation, Rothschild, Australian Catholic University, Primary Health Care, Northern Trust, Pinsent Masons, Seafarms and HVG.
“Issues and crisis management assignments grew significantly for Sefiani following the tragic Dreamworld incident, which heightened awareness across corporate Australia about the disastrous impact on reputation and brand when a crisis is mishandled,” said Ms Sefiani.
“Sefiani has become the go-to firm for crisis management and we’re helping clients anticipate and prepare for scenarios as diverse as cyber-attacks and data breaches, product contamination and workplace disasters,” she added.
“We also boosted our specialist service offering, adding senior advisory skills in growth sectors including major financial transactions, government relations and healthcare communications to our deep expertise in media, investor and community relations”.
On the people front, Lori Susko has been appointed Director of Integration and Kite GM to create and drive integrated communication campaigns tapping into consumer trends across social, digital, traditional and paid media. She previously held senior leadership roles at Klick Communications and Map and Page.
In line with Sefiani’s commitment to professional development and career advancement, Shane Allison has been promoted to Senior Account Director in recognition of his strong contribution to managing client accounts in the financial and professional services sectors.
